Brewhouse Setup

Just have a pot and a fermenter? Full all-grain? Custom cylindro-conical vessel? What is your setup?

Mine is an 8 gallon pot that I tapped a ball valve into the bottom of, a 5 gallon pot, a water cooler mash/lauter tun, a homemade coil chiller, 3 glass fermenters, and my brand new tap system for corny kegs.

I have a really basic all-grain set-up. 20 quart and 34 quart coolers for mashtuns and three turkey fryers for kettles or HLTs. Manual sparge and recirculation. Four 6.5 gallon and five 5 gallon carboys for fermentation. Like I said, basic stuff, but it works as well as anything that I've seen.

Man, I'm gonna have to start sharing my fermenters ... my wife is getting into wine making.
