Hard Ciders Empty Hard Ciders

So I'm trying to get into cider pressing/fermenting. I have a press on order and am doing research as I have time.


Does anybody have any suggestions/advice as I go along?

I don't have much advice, as I've only brewed a handful of ciders both funky/sour and clean, but if you check out this link, there's some great information:
